Location: 100% Remote
Salary Range: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Recruitment Officer to drive our recruitment efforts by identifying, screening, and recommending top talent to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, managing the hiring process, and coordinating educational programs to attract prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Proactively engage potential clients via cold calls and emails to convert them into customers.
– Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they align with client requirements.
– Recommend suitable candidates and follow up until the hiring process is successfully completed.
– Plan and coordinate educational programs to attract and engage prospective clients.
– Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and client engagement.
- Ability to screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Organizational and follow-up skills to ensure successful placements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
