Job Summary
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Branch Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Oversee administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, and filing.
Assist with other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary
₦100,000 Monthly
