Job Description:

Sustain effective 6S and Autonomous Maintenance.
Ensure zero production downtime
Ensure sustainability improvement in the Production Line.
Ensure improved manufacturing processes.
Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production.
Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance
Ensure continuous improvement in Production Lines.
Provide continuous training’s initiatives for Manufacturing Team.
Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied to, during repairs and maintenance.
Assist equipment maintenance and repair budget and cost.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
Proven 5 years work experience in a similar role.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Sound understanding of safety regulation, procedures and policieswith a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
