Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Chowdeck, you will be responsible for handling our online presence in all aspects of social media and social engagements, improve brand awareness and target audience, public relations & resolutions as needed while managing existing social media marketing platforms, advertisements and ensuring high levels of page traffic and customer engagement.
As the Content Creator at Chowdeck, you will be responsible for creating, copywriting, reviewing and editing content; original text and video content, for the company which will be published in the company’s social media pages and websites. You will also be responsible for researching on the key SEO hashtags, and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure.
We’re looking for gen-zers who are great communicators, strategic, has a bank of ideas and spends at least 3-hours every day on social media platforms, keeping up with trends, growing audience and can hack the system.

Collaborating with the design team to decide the brand taglines, catchphrases, aesthetics while maintaining consistency in brand personality and overall outlook
Represent Chowdeck at self-hosted and external events

Job Description:

As a Key Account Manger, you’ll be assigned a portfolio of some of our fastest-growing vendors across multiple vendor tiers and business categories – Food, Groceries & Pharmacies. Your primary function will be to scale and maintain the business of these vendors, while helping them meet their most critical business objectives. You’ll own some of our most essential vendor relationships, and lead both daily conversations as well as high level strategic discussions.
Owning and running a business can be tasking, and you’ll see your portfolio vendors at both their best and their worst. The best Key Accounts Mangers are invaluable counsellors to the vendors in their portfolio, as well as relentless advocates. Behavioural elements often found amongst entrepreneurs and management consultants as they tend to own their businesses through its rigours and peaks, just the same capacity as we would expect you to operate in the Key Account Manager role. The ideal candidate will also have a strong passion for growing the Food delivery/Logistics industry.
You’ll dive deep into Chowdeck’s massive database to identify business & market trends and translate them into actionable recommends. We’re looking for a potential colleague with a natural talent for identifying patterns from these datasets, and sharing those insights both internally and externally.
We’re also looking for someone who revels in learning everything there is to know about a vendor and the market they operate in. To best support your portfolio of assigned vendors, you’ll need a deep understanding of their specific business needs as well as their broader market and tier needs.
Key Account Managers work with every cross-functional team at Chowdeck. You’ll serve as an important link between teams to ensure that all parts of the company are working in sync to provide the best possible experience for our vendors and their customers. You’ll have visibility into what’s happening across the entire company, hence our need for someone who is a problem-solver, sharp, articulated, capable of handling significant relationships and responsibilities .

Qualifications and Requirements:

Have a sophisticated commercial sense and are able to quickly understand the underlying drivers and strategy of our vendor’s businesses.
Have the capability to identify upsell opportunities, and close them.
Are a strong communicator: you can write and speak clearly and earnestly, and understand how to explain complex issues to different audiences
Have at least 4-6 years experience in a client-facing role managing client accounts or account management roles, business development, preferably at a technology company or within the food delivery space, with a track record of top performance.
Are proficient in writing SQLs and are able to generate/analyse large amounts of data, identify useful patterns, and make recommendations based on your observations – STRICTLY REQUIRED.
