HR Professional (Operations) – Remote

• Location:  Lagos, Nigeria (Full-Time, Remote)
• Salary:  NGN 200,000- 250,000 Monthly Salary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources (HR) Professional to manage and oversee HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. This role requires a highly communicative individual who is passionate about fostering a positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns professionally.
• Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation systems.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits management.
• HR Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
• HR Process Optimization: Develop and enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Professional Certification: HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or an equivalent qualification are advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Work Environment: Prior experience in a fast-paced organization is highly desirable.
• HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
