Job Description

Primestix is seeking a Front Desk Officer to oversee the smooth and professional operation of our reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff—ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Warmly welcome visitors and clients upon arrival.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.

  • Handle inquiries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate department.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Provide information and assistance to visitors.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain a neat and inviting reception area.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Keep accurate records and update databases as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an HND certificate (additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.

  • Professional appearance with a welcoming demeanor.

  • Proven experience in a front desk or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
