Job Description
Primestix is seeking a Front Desk Officer to oversee the smooth and professional operation of our reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff—ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

Warmly welcome visitors and clients upon arrival.

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.

Handle inquiries efficiently and direct them to the appropriate department.
Customer Service:

Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Provide information and assistance to visitors.

Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain a neat and inviting reception area.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Keep accurate records and update databases as required.
Qualifications

Minimum of an HND certificate (additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
