Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and manage data from banking systems and digital platforms
- Analyze customer behavior, loan performance, deposits, and risk trends
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards
- Provide insights to support credit, product, and marketing decisions
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements
- Generate reports for regulators (CBN, NDIC) and support audits
- Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and preferably Python or R for analysis
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in a data analytics role (preferably in financial services or fintech)
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with financial data (loans, deposits, transactions)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of microfinance operations and regulation
- Familiarity with core banking systems and mobile money
- Python experience is an added advantage

Job Description:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
- Prior experience as a Recruiter, Head-hunter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or related roles.
- Sound knowledge of online/offline sourcing methods.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search).
- Familiarity with HR databases and Application Tracking Systems.
- Experience in report writing and data analytics.
