Customer Service Representative – Job Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Organize and manage daily activities of healthcare workers.
- Match caregivers with clients to ensure top-tier service.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:

- Screen and hire qualified caregivers.
- Build strong relationships with field staff and promote employer branding.
- Foster engagement to retain the best talent.
Customer Service & Team Collaboration:
- Take initiative to develop strong rapport with US-based team members.
- Answer phone calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Manage the service delivery platform to uphold company standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly staffing reports.
- Support payroll functions.
- Provide HR assistance to healthcare workers.
Job Requirements – Customer Service Representative
Experience & Skills:
✔ 3+ years in a Customer Service role
✔ Fluent English (Native-level) – Both spoken & written (Required)
✔ Advanced computer skills – Proficiency in documents, spreadsheets, and web applications (Required)
✔ Excellent problem-solving abilities
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong multi-tasker
✔ Self-motivated with exceptional time-management skills
Customer Service & Communication:
✔ Crystal-clear phone communication and HD-quality video during the hiring process
✔ Experience handling US/UK customer service is a plus
✔ Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Work Environment & Ethics:
