Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO), you will serve as the key point of contact between our customers. Your role is to build strong, long-term relationships, support digital onboarding, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction across the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Guide customers through digital onboarding and KYC processes.
  • Educate clients on fintech products and services, including loans, wallets, investments, or payment solutions.
  • Resolve product or service issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively engage inactive or at-risk users.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collect and escalate user insights to product teams to improve customer experience.
  • Support marketing and upselling of new features or products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or tech startups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), chat systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
